Welcome, Arkansas we love all things about “Life”, here on Love Mountain and one of the new and trendy things about our life right now is the excitement with which we anticipate the opening of our new “Micro Chapel”.

Everyone is trying to keep up with the pace of their lives, jobs and families; and while a full traditional wedding ceremony and reception is a true gift and can be a treasured memory sometimes it is just not financially or time efficiently possible. Today's focus is on how to create a memory within a moment. That moment is the time you have set aside to connect two lives and start your very own story together. That story doesn't have to be in front of 250 people or break your bank but it should be a memory that you hold and share with your kids and grandkids to come.

In order to help make these moments and memories possible we have built a “Micro” wedding chapel to provide people with a place and time to create a special moment. It can be as simple and elegant as a sunset memory of the words you shared with the person you love or it can be 10-15 of your closest friends and family getting to witness the exchange of vows and the beginning of a new life surrounded by God’s amazing beauty and your loved ones. We would love to help you to make the moment special, whatever that may look like to you. We can do sunset vows with a honeymoon in our guesthouse or we can do a sunrise service with a breakfast and toast to the rest of your life. The important thing is not when, but where and why?

You may have to work around a blended families activities and a work life but you can still make it important and special, call us #onlovemountain and give us an opportunity to make your moment into a memory because you want to share the way you feel with someone else for the rest of your life. The Chapel will be open and available 7 days a week and can be booked at a moment's notice for only $150.  We have two Arkansas-licensed officiants on staff and we are happy to provide their services for an additional charge of only $50 with no drive-time or mileage that you would traditionally be charged. We can add anything to this package that you would like to make your moment special, including a helicopter ride to the mountain, a return trip over Love Mountain, and a honeymoon stay at our mountaintop guesthouse with jacuzzi tubs and an Arkansas sunrise or sunset.

Hello, I am very excited to start this new journey with you all and I hope that we are able to share some helpful information about events and weddings and maybe a few funny stories about our life here on Love Mountain. Let me start with an introduction, I am Tina Carter-Reaper born in Jacksonville, Florida but raised here in a small rural town in Arkansas. I was raised on a working farm with my four sisters and no brothers and a dad that believed in equality to all, and what that meant to an 8 yr old little girl was that he saw no difference in the sexes and he gave no quarter to being a girl. You were expected to hold your own and do exactly what a boy or anyone else could do and do it with a smile. I have milked cows, plucked feathers from chickens, castrated little bulls, chased cows, hauled hay, chopped wood, hoed every vegetable that could be planted, picked, shucked, shelled and then canned them and that was all before I was 10, before you ask Laura Ingalls Wilder was not my sister and I was not raised in the 1800’s. The things I have learned since then are even more varied and challenging, but all of them contribute to a very humorous, educated well-rounded knowledge of life and an appreciation for approaching menopause.
