- Space for over 350 guests indoors, 95 acres of land outdoors
- An industrial kitchen measuring 20 feet by 20 feet
- Bridal suite measuring 20 feet by 20 feet with a hairdressers chair and full length mirrors
- Men's dressing room measuring 10 feet by 15 feet each
- A nursery
